Environmental Research and Education Foundation
Holds Elections for Officers and Directors

Washington, D.C. - During its annual meeting held November 2 in Alexandria, Va., the Environmental Research and Education Foundation (EREF) held elections for officer and director seats that were set to expire December 31, 2001.

The following EREF officers were re-elected to an additional one-year term (through December 31, 2002):

The following EREF board members were re-elected to an additional three-year term (through December 31, 2004):

Ted Flood, CEO (Retired), International Baler Corporation, Jacksonville, Fla., was elected to Director Emeritus with no term expiration.

The Environmental Research and Education Foundation is a non-profit organization that funds the development of environmental solutions through research and education, focusing on the waste and recycling industries.  Its endowment provides the financial base for a sustainable series of significant projects and scholarships.
